General Questions

What makes your clinic different?

We combine advanced lab testing, wearable tech, and personalized strategies with high-touch, doctor-level support. Every step is tailored to your biology, your goals, and your lifestyle. This is not a one-size-fits-all program—this is weight loss done differently. 

Do you accept insurance?

 We are a cash-pay clinic. This allows us to offer personalized, high-end care without the limitations of insurance. Many of our clients find the experience and results to be worth the investment. 

Where are you located?

 We are based in Hawaii and offer telemedicine services to clients throughout the state. 


Program & Services

Do you prescribe medications like Ozempic® or Mounjaro®?

Yes. We prescribe GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide (Ozempic®) and tirzepatide (Mounjaro®) when they’re medically appropriate. These are never used alone—we combine them with nutrition, movement, and lab data for safe, sustainable results. 

Are medications included in the package price?

No. Medications are prescribed separately and filled through a pharmacy of your choice. 


This ensures full transparency and flexibility—you're only paying for what you need, when you need it. It also allows you to use your insurance or discount card if applicable, and avoids inflating your package cost with estimated medication fees. We’ll walk you through every step so you know exactly what to expect. 

Do I have to take medication?

Not at all. Some clients choose to focus on hormone balancing, gut health, or lifestyle changes. We personalize your care plan based on what’s best for you. 

How quickly will I see results?

You may notice progress within the first few weeks. While everyone is different, our approach is designed to accelerate fat loss while preserving lean muscle and supporting long-term health. 

How do the packages work?

We offer three levels of care—Ignite, Elevate, and Evolve—each with increasing access to tools, testing, and personalized support. All packages start with a discovery call, followed by lab review and a tailored plan. 


Logistics & Support

What happens after I sign up?

You’ll receive a call within 24 hours to schedule labs and begin onboarding. We’ll walk you through each step so nothing feels overwhelming. 

Do I have access to support between appointments?

Yes. Depending on your package, you’ll have ongoing app support, and 24/7 messaging for key questions.  Higher packages get faster support.

Can I continue after the initial program ends?

Absolutely. Many clients choose to extend their plan or move into a maintenance phase with continued support. 

How do the packages work?

Please note: All treatment recommendations are made based on clinical judgment and current evidence. Medication costs are not included in your package and are paid directly to the pharmacy of your choice. Results vary based on individual biology and adherence to your personalized plan.
